Terms and Conditions<\/h1>

1. Identification of the holder<\/h2>

This website and the management of the accommodations are the responsibility of:<\/p>

The accommodations marketed under the brand The Pont del Carme<\/strong> They are located in the city of Girona.<\/p>

2. Payment terms<\/h2>

The reservation will be formalized by means of Payment of 50% for the total cost of the stay.<\/strong> At the time of confirmation. Payment will be made by bank card.<\/p>

The remaining 50% of the stay amount will be charged automatically. 15 days before the arrival date,<\/strong> using the same payment method provided when making the reservation.<\/p>

If the second charge cannot be processed correctly, Monvi Natura, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the established conditions.<\/p>

The tourist tax and any other additional services not included will be paid as indicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email.<\/p>

3. Tourist tax<\/h2>

In accordance with current regulations in Catalonia, the tourist tax of \u20ac1.10 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and over) will apply, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. This tax is not included in the reservation price.<\/p>

4. Cancellation policy<\/h2>

Cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing by email.<\/p>

The following conditions will apply:<\/p>

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refundable<\/li>
  • Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50% refundable<\/li>
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>

    Changing the dates or accommodation will be considered a new reservation and will be subject to these same conditions.<\/p>

    5. Arrival and Departure<\/h2>

    Check-in: from 4:00 PM
    Check-out: before 11:00 AM<\/p>

    6. Number of people and use of the accommodation<\/h2>

    The number of guests accommodated may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each apartment.<\/p>

    Only the people listed on the reservation will be authorized to use the accommodation, unless expressly agreed with the property.<\/p>

    7. Rules of Coexistence<\/h2>

    The accommodations are located in residential buildings, so it is mandatory to respect the rules of coexistence and neighbors' rest:<\/p>

    • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM<\/li>
    • No parties or loud music are allowed.<\/li>
    • You must maintain a civil and respectful attitude toward neighbors and the environment.<\/li><\/ul>

      Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without the right to compensation.<\/p>

      8. Responsibility<\/h2>

      Monvi Natura, S.L. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the stay, nor for any improper use of the facilities by guests.<\/p>

      Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay.<\/p>

      9. Data Protection<\/h2>

      In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided will be processed by Monvi Natura, S.L. for the purpose of managing the reservation and the contractual relationship with the client.<\/p>

      The data will not be shared with third parties except when required by law. The client may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by submitting a written request to the address indicated above.<\/p>

      11. Applicable Law
