The Calm apartments are one-bedroom units of just over 45 m², renovated and designed for couples or up to four people with the sofa bed. Both feature a private balcony and a well-laid-out, just-right floor plan. They're tourist accommodations for those who want Girona's city center at their doorstep and peace and quiet when they come home.
The Garden are the two ground-floor apartments in the building, each with its own private garden. They have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and can accommodate six to seven people. They are the largest vacation apartments at El Pont del Carme, designed for families and groups who want their own outdoor space without leaving the center of Girona.
Opening the balcony and finding the Onyar River right in front of you is what sets the River apartments apart. There are five units of varying sizes, from 45 to 90 m² and accommodating four to seven guests, ideal for couples, families, and groups. They are spread across the building's floors and each has its own balcony and river views, just steps from the Old Town.
The View are the building's two tourist apartments on the top floor. From there, the views open onto the Onyar River and Plaça Catalunya, with the rooftops of the Old Town in the background. Both are 90 m², have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodate six people.

The Garden 1.1 has eighty-two square meters of private garden in the heart of Girona with no one else on top, making it one of the few vacation apartments with a garden in the city. Inside, the 90 m² of the ground floor are arranged around a living-dining room that opens directly onto the garden. The kitchen, open to the room, is equipped with an oven and dishwasher and has everything needed for everyday life.
There are three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—offering a total of four beds, and six beds in all with the living room's sofa bed. The two full bathrooms provide convenience, especially when the apartment is occupied by multiple people.

With the sofa bed in the living room, you can sleep up to seven people without adding any makeshift beds, and the two full bathrooms make maximum occupancy feasible.

At 19 Carme Street, facing the Onyar River. Plaça Catalunya, the Ramblas, and the Mercat del Lleó are just a few minutes' walk away, and Girona's historic center—with the Old Town, the Call (Jewish quarter), and the Cathedral—is about 900 meters away, a quarter-hour stroll. All of our vacation apartments are in this same building, and there are no units located elsewhere in the city.
Check-in is self-service, with no reception or office hours. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive written instructions to access the building and the apartment on your own starting at 4:00 PM, without having to coordinate your arrival with anyone's schedule. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
If you arrive in Girona in the morning or have your return train in the evening, we recommend a luggage storage service near the apartments so you don't have to drag your suitcases around while you explore the city.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, and parties or celebrations are not allowed. There are other guests and neighbors in the same building, and the quiet that lets you rest is the same quiet that lets them rest.
