The accommodations marketed under the brand The Pont del Carme They are located in the city of Girona.
The reservation will be formalized by means of Payment of 50% for the total cost of the stay. At the time of confirmation. Payment will be made by bank card.
The remaining 50% of the stay amount will be charged automatically. 15 days before the arrival date, using the same payment method provided when making the reservation.
If the second charge cannot be processed correctly, Monvi Natura, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the established conditions.
The tourist tax and any other additional services not included will be paid as indicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email.
In accordance with current regulations in Catalonia, the tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and over) will apply, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. This tax is not included in the reservation price.
Cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing by email.
The following conditions will apply:
Changing the dates or accommodation will be considered a new reservation and will be subject to these same conditions.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
The number of guests accommodated may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each apartment.
Only the people listed on the reservation will be authorized to use the accommodation, unless expressly agreed with the property.
The accommodations are located in residential buildings, so it is mandatory to respect the rules of coexistence and neighbors' rest:
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without the right to compensation.
Monvi Natura, S.L. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the stay, nor for any improper use of the facilities by guests.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided will be processed by Monvi Natura, S.L. for the purpose of managing the reservation and the contractual relationship with the client.
The data will not be shared with third parties except when required by law. The client may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by submitting a written request to the address indicated above.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Girona.
