Girona is a city full of history, charm, and life. Strolling through the old town is an experience you can't miss.
Before arrival, guests must complete the online guest registration form, which you will automatically receive by email a few days before your stay. You will also need to pay the tourist tax (€1.10 per person per night, for guests aged 17 and over), a mandatory fee established by local regulations on stays in tourist accommodations. These two steps are essential so that we can generate the self-check-in codes and prepare the key pickup.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onward. It's not possible to access the apartment before then, as we often have same-day check-outs and need the time to clean and prepare the apartment with the utmost care so that you find it in the best possible condition.
Starting at 4:00 PM, the self-check-in codes will also be activated, allowing you to access the keys and enter your apartment on your own.

Access hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the service operates with an access code. They also have 24-hour video surveillance and allow online reservations to guarantee availability.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Yes, all apartments have free, high-speed Wi-Fi. Inside your accommodation you'll find the network name, the password, and a QR code to make connecting easier.
