Abans de l’arribada, cal que els hostes completin el formulari de registre d’hostes en línia, que rebreu automàticament per correu electrònic uns dies abans de l’estada. Check-in is from 4pm. It is not possible to access the apartment before then, as there are often same-day check-outs and we need the time to clean and prepare it with the utmost care so that you find it in the best possible condition.
From 4pm onwards, the self-check-in codes will also be activated, allowing you to access the keys and enter your apartment independently.

Yes, you can leave your luggage at Girona Lockers, located in the city centre (Pujada de Sant Feliu, 19), 10 minutes from our apartments.
Access is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and the service operates with an access code. They also have 24-hour video surveillance and allow online booking to ensure availability.
Check-out is at 11:00.
Yes, all apartments have free, high-speed Wi-Fi. Inside your accommodation you will find the network name, the password and a QR code to make connecting easier.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in any enclosed space. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, such as balconies and terraces.
Pets are not currently allowed in the apartments.

No noisy parties, celebrations or gatherings are permitted within the apartments.
These regulations guarantee peace and quiet and good relations between neighbours, as well as the proper maintenance of common areas.
Yes, a refundable security deposit of €150 is required per booking. A credit card will be taken as a guarantee and returned after check-out, once the house has been inspected and provided there is no damage or missing items.
We have cots and high chairs available on request and subject to availability. The cot costs €40 per stay, while the high chairs are free of charge.
Yes, guests may bring bicycles up to the apartments. We ask that they do so carefully to keep the areas in good condition.
