Its location allows you to discover the main points of interest on foot and enjoy the wide range of gastronomic, commercial, and cultural offerings in the historic center, without needing to get in a car.

Before arrival, guests must complete the online guest registration form, which you will automatically receive by email a few days before your stay. You will also need to pay the tourist tax (€1.10 per person per night, for guests aged 17 and over), a mandatory fee established by local regulations on stays in tourist accommodations. These two steps are essential so that we can generate the self-check-in codes and prepare the key pickup.
Access is very easy thanks to the self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive all the necessary information so you can access the apartment independently starting at 4 PM. Whether you arrive by car or by AVE, El Pont del Carme's location makes getting there very easy and lets you start enjoying Girona from the very first moment, without relying on reception hours.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onward. It's not possible to access the apartment before then, as we often have same-day check-outs and need the time to clean and prepare the apartment with the utmost care so that you find it in the best possible condition.
Starting at 4:00 PM, the self-check-in codes will also be activated, allowing you to access the keys and enter your apartment on your own.
